Our front hydro bump kit is designed to give your Tundra the bottom-out control it’s always needed. This setup replaces the rear-most OEM front chassis bumpstop with a King 2.0 compact hydro bump while retaining the front-most OEM bumpstop. The result is a massive improvement in front-end control and composure on big hits — without sacrificing ride quality or durability.
By splitting the bottom-out load between the two bump points, impact forces are distributed evenly through the frame rail as Toyota intended, maintaining OEM-level strength while giving you far better damping on full compression.
Each kit is built from 3/16" cold-rolled steel, CNC laser cut, and comes pre-welded and ready for installation — simply remove the rear-most factory bumpstop and weld the new mount in place. The bump can is set at a 12.5° angle for the proper motion ratio and to keep the bump out of play at ride height.
Proven on multiple mid- and long-travel Tundra's since 2023 with outstanding results.
