Shipping

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and ordered are shipped within 1-2 business days after processing has been completed. Shipping rate is calculated at checkout. If your region has issues with certain shipping carriers please let us know before placing an order. Kaizen Offroad reserves the right to choose shipping carriers at our discretion, unless noted otherwise. We will do our best to get the orders shipped as soon as possible. Since we don't have control over the shipping process, please refer to the tracking number and carrier for any questions on the location of your item. Kaizen Offroad is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, please contact shipping carrier to file a claim. 

Return

30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase within the first 30 days, we will exchange the product or offer a refund. Returns/exchange must include original receipt and items must be in new/unused condition in original packaging with all contents that came in the box. Any items that have been installed or test fitted will not be eligible for return/exchange. To begin the return process, please contact us first at support@kaizenoffroad.com. Once we send you a return authorization form, please fill it out to begin the return process. Kaizen Offroad is not liable for return shipping and we suggest shipping with a tracking number.
